How to File a Claim?

In order to file a claim, you must contact:

The Insured, the beneficiary, or someone on their behalf, must give Zurich American Insurance Company written notice of the claim within 90 days of such loss occurring, or as soon thereafter as reasonably possible. The notice must name the insured and identify the policy number. To request a claim form, please contact Zurich American Insurance Company at 1-833-515-3322 or claims@zurichtravelassist.com.

Zurich American Insurance Company will send claim forms within 15 days after they receive notice of the claim. If the claimant does not receive the claim forms within 15 days after submitting notice, he or she can send Zurich American Insurance Company a detailed written report of the claim and the extent of the claim. Zurich American Insurance Company will accept this report as proof of filing a claim if sent within the time fixed time provided in the Terms and Conditions of your policy.
